We did not want Seedrest™ to simply be a smaller version of a cylindrical yoga bolster. We revisited its proportions as we considered how and where it would actually be used. The size was refined again to make it easier to position around the knees, ankles, neck, back and other smaller areas of the body. Every adjustment came back to the same question: does the size make the support more useful?

Filled with natural buckwheat hulls, it gently adapts beneath the knees, neck, lower back, wrists and ankles, providing support exactly where a full size bolster may feel like too much.

We refined the size and proportions around how Seedrest™ is actually used, making it easy to move, reposition and pair with larger yoga props when more targeted elevation is needed.
