Shipping & Return Policy
At Thrive & Align, every product is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. We take pride in the quality and integrity of our work, and we want you to feel completely confident with every purchase.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout, as we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. Because many of our products are handcrafted and made for personal use, we have specific policies in place to ensure fairness and hygiene for all customers.
Eye Pillows
- Due to hygienic reasons, all Eye Pillow & Neck Wrap purchases are final sale.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so we can make it right. Please be sure the item remains unused and in its original packaging.
- Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. To support your claim, please include photos of the damaged box and/or item so we can process it smoothly and mindfully.
Yoga Mats
- We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- Items must be clean and in like-new condition.
- A 15% restocking fee applies when returning a mat that has been used or packaging has been removed.
- If your mat arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right. To support your claim, please include photos of the damaged box and/or item so we can process it smoothly and mindfully.
Bolsters
- Due to the nature of handcrafted and filled goods, Bolster purchases are final sale.
- If a cover arrives damaged, please contact us so we can make it right.
Meditation Cushions
- Meditation cushions that are in like-new condition, free of stains, odors, or wear, are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
- Original packaging is required for safe return shipment.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you with the status of your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, promotional items, and any product marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
We cover all return shipping costs within Canada.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
For all other returns, simply contact us and we’ll email you a prepaid label—no additional charges.
