When we developed the Core Beam™ Cylindrical Yoga Bolster, we wanted to explore what a rounded shape could bring to the way the body is supported through yoga, stretching, mobility and rest.

Its 26" cylindrical profile offers something distinctly different from a traditional rectangular yoga bolster. Rather than creating a broad, flat foundation, the rounded shape follows the natural contours of the body, making it especially useful beneath the spine, back, knees and legs, or anywhere more focused support and elevation are helpful.

With a carefully considered density, Core Beam™ is firm enough to hold its shape while still allowing the body to settle comfortably into it. Use it for restorative yoga, supported backbends, chest opening, gentle stretching, mobility work and recovery, or simply as a supportive prop when the body needs a little help finding a more comfortable position.

And while cylindrical bolsters have long had a place in yoga, we don't believe their usefulness should end with the practice.

Mini Breath Beam™ is our compact rectangular yoga bolster, created for more precise support when a full size bolster feels like more than you need.

Its smaller footprint makes it easy to position exactly where support is needed, offering comfortable elevation beneath the hips, knees, ankles, spine and upper body. The stable rectangular shape provides a dependable foundation for restorative yoga, meditation, gentle stretching, mobility work and supported rest.

We carefully considered its proportions around how a smaller yoga bolster would actually be used. Rather than simply reducing the size of Breath Beam™, we refined the shape to make it easy to move, reposition and combine with other props throughout a practice.

Compact enough for focused placement yet substantial enough to provide meaningful support, Mini Breath Beam™ is a versatile option for anyone looking for a small yoga bolster that can adapt to different bodies, positions and ways of moving.

Seedrest™ is our mini cylindrical buckwheat bolster, designed for focused support around the smaller curves of the body. Filled with natural buckwheat hulls, it gently adapts beneath the knees, neck, lower back, wrists and ankles, providing support exactly where a full size bolster may feel like too much.

The buckwheat filling shifts and settles with you, creating a firm yet adaptable support that can be reshaped as your position changes. Its compact cylindrical profile makes it especially useful for restorative yoga, savasana, meditation, gentle stretching and everyday rest.

We refined the size and proportions around how Seedrest™ is actually used, making it easy to move, reposition and pair with larger yoga props when more targeted elevation is needed.
