Each Core Beam™ is designed, cut, sewn and produced in Vancouver by experienced artisans who brought their craftsmanship into the yoga prop industry in 2011. From the beginning, the goal was not simply to make yoga props, but to raise the standard of how they were constructed, finished and experienced in practice. Years of hands-on work in the industry have shaped the way we approach support, durability and the details that influence how a bolster feels and performs over time. We finish each Core Beam™ in our soft cotton linen fabric, selected for its relaxed feel against the body, comfort and lasting quality.

When we developed the Core Beam™ Cylindrical Yoga Bolster, we wanted to explore what a rounded shape could bring to the way the body is supported through yoga, stretching, mobility and rest.

Its 26" cylindrical profile offers something distinctly different from a traditional rectangular yoga bolster. Rather than creating a broad, flat foundation, the rounded shape follows the natural contours of the body, making it especially useful beneath the spine, back, knees and legs, or anywhere more focused support and elevation are helpful.

With a carefully considered density, Core Beam™ is firm enough to hold its shape while still allowing the body to settle comfortably into it. Use it for restorative yoga, supported backbends, chest opening, gentle stretching, mobility work and recovery, or simply as a supportive prop when the body needs a little help finding a more comfortable position.

And while cylindrical bolsters have long had a place in yoga, we don't believe their usefulness should end with the practice.

Outer Cover

Our outer cover is made from a premium linen-cotton blend, using European flax grown naturally without irrigation, pesticides, or GMO. The result is a breathable, soft-textured fabric with a relaxed, elevated look. The cover is fully removable, making it easy to care for and keep fresh. Perfect for regular use at home or in shared studio spaces.

Inner Casing

Inside, each bolster is encased in 100% natural cotton that is soft to the touch and highly breathable. This interior layer creates a smooth barrier between the fill and outer cover, adding structure while allowing airflow for a cooler, more comfortable experience during rest or practice.

Hand-Stuffed in Vancouver

Each bolster is carefully hand-stuffed in Vancouver with premium natural cotton, surrounding a supportive foam core. This thoughtful combination provides structure and softness in equal measure. Every piece is crafted to achieve optimal density, whether you're using it for restorative yoga, meditation, or relaxation.

We explored a wide range of cotton types before selecting the cleanest and highest-quality fibers for our inner fill. This commitment to sourcing ensures each bolster delivers a consistent, pure, and comfortable experience.
