HANDMADE IN GREATER VANCOUVER • 26" CYLINDRICAL YOGA BOLSTER

Core Beam™ Cylindrical Yoga Bolster

Open & Expand

Unlike the broad, flat surface of a rectangular bolster, the cylindrical shape allows the body to gently open around it. Place it along the spine for supported chest opening, backbends and restorative postures.

Support the Natural Curves

Its rounded profile sits naturally beneath areas such as the spine, knees and legs, providing focused elevation where a flatter surface may not feel as natural.

Maintain Movement

Core Beam™ isn't only for experienced yogis. Use it to introduce supported stretching, work on flexibility and make regular movement more approachable as your body and needs change.

Move, Then Rest

Support doesn't always have to mean doing more. Its comfortable, supportive density also makes the Core Beam™ a natural companion for slower restorative practices and moments when the body simply needs somewhere to settle.

Experience you can feel.

Each Core Beam™ is designed, cut, sewn and produced in Vancouver by experienced artisans who brought their craftsmanship into the yoga prop industry in 2011. From the beginning, the goal was not simply to make yoga props, but to raise the standard of how they were constructed, finished and experienced in practice. Years of hands-on work in the industry have shaped the way we approach support, durability and the details that influence how a bolster feels and performs over time. We finish each Core Beam™ in our soft cotton linen fabric, selected for its relaxed feel against the body, comfort and lasting quality.

Made for practice. Made for movement.
Made to support wherever you are today.

When we developed the Core Beam™ Cylindrical Yoga Bolster, we wanted to explore what a rounded shape could bring to the way the body is supported through yoga, stretching, mobility and rest.

Its 26" cylindrical profile offers something distinctly different from a traditional rectangular yoga bolster. Rather than creating a broad, flat foundation, the rounded shape follows the natural contours of the body, making it especially useful beneath the spine, back, knees and legs, or anywhere more focused support and elevation are helpful.

With a carefully considered density, Core Beam™ is firm enough to hold its shape while still allowing the body to settle comfortably into it. Use it for restorative yoga, supported backbends, chest opening, gentle stretching, mobility work and recovery, or simply as a supportive prop when the body needs a little help finding a more comfortable position.

And while cylindrical bolsters have long had a place in yoga, we don't believe their usefulness should end with the practice.

Core Beam™ was designed for anyone looking to maintain mobility, encourage comfortable movement and give the body more support as needs change over time. Whether you're deepening a yoga practice, working on flexibility, recovering after movement or simply trying to keep your body moving well, the right support can make movement feel a little more accessible.

THE DETAILS BEHIND THE CRAFT

Crafted with Care

From the materials we choose to the hands that shape each piece, quality is built through experience, care and attention to the details that matter.

Outer Cover

Our outer cover is made from a premium linen-cotton blend, using European flax grown naturally without irrigation, pesticides, or GMO. The result is a breathable, soft-textured fabric with a relaxed, elevated look. The cover is fully removable, making it easy to care for and keep fresh. Perfect for regular use at home or in shared studio spaces.

Inner Casing

Inside, each bolster is encased in 100% natural cotton that is soft to the touch and highly breathable. This interior layer creates a smooth barrier between the fill and outer cover, adding structure while allowing airflow for a cooler, more comfortable experience during rest or practice.

Hand-Stuffed in Vancouver

Each bolster is carefully hand-stuffed in Vancouver with premium natural cotton, surrounding a supportive foam core. This thoughtful combination provides structure and softness in equal measure. Every piece is crafted to achieve optimal density, whether you're using it for restorative yoga, meditation, or relaxation.

Premium Cotton Fill

We explored a wide range of cotton types before selecting the cleanest and highest-quality fibers for our inner fill. This commitment to sourcing ensures each bolster delivers a consistent, pure, and comfortable experience.

Heavy-Duty Zippers

We use specially selected heavy-duty zippers that offer both strength and smooth functionality. Designed to withstand repeated use, they ensure long-lasting performance without compromising on comfort or appearance.

Sized with Intention

Measuring 26 inches in length, each bolster is intentionally sized to offer full-body support and balanced stability during restorative, meditative, and therapeutic practices. Its proportion provides versatility for all users, promoting ease, alignment, and comfort in every posture.
