Shipping & Return Policy

At Thrive & Align, every product is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. We take pride in the quality and integrity of our work, and we want you to feel completely confident with every purchase.


Shipping

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days unless otherwise noted. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout, as we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. Because many of our products are handcrafted and made for personal use, we have specific policies in place to ensure fairness and hygiene for all customers.


Eye Pillows

  • Due to hygienic reasons, all Eye Pillow and Neck Wrap purchases are final sale.
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so we can make it right. The item must remain unused and in its original packaging.
  • Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged box and or item.

Yoga Mats

  • We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be clean and in like new condition.
  • If your mat arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.

Bolsters

  • Due to the nature of handcrafted and filled goods, bolster purchases are final sale.
  • If a cover arrives damaged, please contact us so we can make it right.

Meditation Cushions

  • Cushions in like new condition, free of stains, odors, or wear, are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Original packaging is required for safe return shipment.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you with the status of your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.


Non Returnable Items

Gift cards, promotional items, and any product marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.


Return Shipping

We cover all return shipping costs within Canada.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label.
For all other returns, contact us and we will email you a prepaid label at no additional charge.
